ROXEL UK CELEBRATES DILLON FORD’S DOUBLE WIN AT WORCESTERSHIRE APPRENTICESHIP AWARDS
Roxel UK is proud to announce that Laboratory Technician, Dillon Ford, has been honoured with two prestigious accolades at this year’s Worcestershire Apprenticeship Awards.
Held on 28th November at the West Midlands Safari Park, the event celebrated its 10th anniversary in grand style, with a record-breaking number of finalists and over 315 attendees from the local apprenticeship community.
Dillon Ford triumphed in the highly competitive Degree Level Apprentice of the Year category before being named the Worcestershire Apprentice of the Year 2024, the event’s highest award. These achievements reflect his exceptional dedication, talent and hard work as a key member of the Roxel team.

Dillon Ford, Laboratory Technician and award winner explains, “To win two awards including the most prestigious of Apprentice of the Year is a huge achievement and extremely proud moment for myself. I have put in an immense amount of hard work over the past five years and to be recognised in this manner is fantastic. I would like to thank the employer for giving me the opportunity to undertake the apprenticeship programme which has taught me many valuable skills and I look forward to progressing within the company as well as helping future apprentices fulfil their potential.”
